The name of this series of lights is inspired by the 'dashed line'. The dashed line is often used in design processes and represents cutting and (in this case) folding lines.
Note: The brass variants are the last items available from stock, several colours are possible on a project basis (larger numbers).
The Dashed Lights were carefully developed by designer Léon de Lange and detailed to perfection. The lamps are laser cut from a flat stainless steel or brass plate and then folded by hand into a 3D shape. The lamps are then assembled with rivets and coated.
When the light is on, the light 'leaks' through the dotted lines to the outside, creating a special play of light. The result is a series of lamps with a very refined appearance.
