Pigments & Porcelain is a study into the intermingling of colors in liquid porcelain, where the moment of creation is captured in the final product. The Pigments & Porcelain series consists of coffee and tea cups. Each cup is carefully crafted, with porcelain that is glazed on the inside and remains unglazed on the outside. Because the color is present throughout the clay, it is retained even after frequent use. The result? A timeless elegance that stands the test of time, even with daily use and repeated washes in the dishwasher.
What makes our series truly unique is the use of different colors of porcelain in one traditional casting process. This captures the magical moment of creation in every final product. The flow of the liquid porcelain and the movements made during the process sometimes result in clean lines, sometimes in playful twists, with a colorful or subtle character.
