Delivery Times
Most Accessories in our webshop are in stock. An estimate of the delivery times for our products is listed below the order button for each product. We aim to ship items that are in stock within 1 to 2 business days.
Some products list a specific delivery time because, for example, we have the parts in stock but assemble the item to order.
For custom orders, we'll always contact you to discuss the delivery time.
Please note: If your order confirmation says “backordered,” this means the product will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
Our shipping partners
We prefer to ship our packages via GLS because we’ve had the best experience with them. Would you prefer to use a different shipping company? Please contact us before placing your order or indicate this in the comments field during the checkout process. We always try to ship packages within Eindhoven via Fietskoeriers.
Order Confirmation + Track & Trace
After payment, you'll receive an order confirmation via email, and once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking code via email fromSendcloud,GLS, orFietskoeriers. If you don't receive these emails, please check your spam folder!
Shipping Costs Within the Netherlands
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders of €75 or more at Accessories and Lighting. Because we often deliver Furniture orders in person, shipping costs for Furniture are calculated on a per-order basis. In that case, please contact us either before or after placing your order. As a general guideline: we charge €0.50 per km from Eindhoven, and we always try to combine multiple deliveries into a single trip.
Shipping Costs Within the EU
We offer free shipping from Accessories and Lighting to Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and Denmark on orders of €150 or more. Shipping costs for Furniture are calculated on a per-order basis. In that case, please contact us either before or after placing your order.
For all other countries within the EU, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping Costs Outside the EU
We usually ship orders from countries outside the EU via FedEx. Shipping costs for these deliveries are calculated and billed separately. There are no “standard” shipping rates available for these countries. Please contact us before or after placing your order for an estimate.
Pick up your order at Vij5
You can also pick up your order yourself at our location at Hallenweg 1E in Eindhoven. In that case, we will of course not charge any shipping fees. Select this option during the checkout process, and we’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
