Still not completely satisfied with a product or want to exchange it?
- A statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies to telephone purchases and purchases through our webshop. No cooling-off period applies to purchases in the Vij5 showroom.
- Products can only be returned in undamaged condition in original product packaging.
- Return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are not possible on custom-made items.
Roadmap returns:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return a product.
- Please include the order number for completeness.
- We would appreciate knowing the reason for return, but it is not required to state it.
- After approval, you can return the product to us to the address below.
- Upon receipt, we will check the product as soon as possible, after which we will transfer the purchase amount back via the payment method used.
Good to know:
We are a relatively small company and work intensively with individual designers so their studios are directly connected to us. Therefore, we greatly appreciate it when you consciously place an order to avoid unnecessary returns. Thank you in advance!
