The Long Shade is a “hybrid” LED lamp that fits right in both cozy home settings and contemporary office environments.
This is the middle model in the series, featuring two built-in 80-cm LED strips and a total length of approximately 97 cm.
Here you'll find the smaller versions with a 40-cm LED strip or the extra-long version with a 120-cm LED strip.
The LED lights are built into the oak frame, allowing you to plug the lamp directly into a power outlet and turn it on and off. Using the small switch on top, you can turn off one of the two LED strips to dim or brighten the lamp, so to speak.
The permanent LED strip comes standard at 2700K (extra-warm white), and the dimmable version at 3000K (warm white), but other combinations are also available up to 4000K.
With the new LED strip featuring 128 LEDs per meter, the lamp has a light output (when both strips are turned on together) of approximately 1,600 lumens
The lamp owes its name to the subtle reference to an archetypal lampshade (visible as a silhouette at the end of the lamp) combined with the elongated shape of the available models.
The three available lengths make it possible to create a sleek, professional look as well as a more casual and playful arrangement. The long versions also allow you to switch between brighter office lighting and/or dimmed ambient lighting.
