The design, consisting of a colored wooden block, a glass panel, an aluminum back plate, and a clever wooden wedge, fits perfectly into any interior. Easy and flexible to use as a picture frame
The Precious Memories photo frames are not only a feast for the eyes, but also surprisingly practical. Thanks to the clever design with the wooden wedge, they are easy to use and ideal as a picture frame. Want to replace a photo, drawing, or artwork? It only takes a few seconds to change the content. Moreover, the frames can be used both horizontally and vertically, and you can choose whether to add a (thin) passe-partout. This flexibility makes the photo frame suitable not only for any room, but also for any occasion.
Sustainably produced with attention to detail
Each Precious Memories picture frame is made with care, choosing high-quality and durable materials. The base is made of solid FSC-certified ash wood, which is produced in Lithuania and then hand-finished in our workshop in Eindhoven with Satin Wood Oil - a colored linseed oil from Denmark. This gives the wood a beautiful, natural look and protects it at the same time. The wooden wedges, which ensure that your photo stays firmly in place, are also made in our workshop from FSC-certified pinewood.
The glass panels are made of float glass, a crystal-clear and flat quality that is produced in Germany by a specialist with more than 20 years of experience. The aluminum back plates are laser-cut to size by our steel producer in Duizel and then Powder coating in Valkenswaard. Powder coating is a sustainable finish that does not require harmful solvents, and excess material is reused. This minimizes waste and ensures a strong and durable layer.
Thanks to conscious material choices and a careful finish, this photo frame is not only a stylish way to frame your best memories, but also a product that is CREATEd in a responsible manner.
How to use the photo frame:
- Choose the right dimensions: Make sure your photo, illustration, or artwork is exactly the same size as the glass panel. If the dimensions differ, the wooden wedge will not work properly, and the glass and aluminum back plate will not fit together nicely.
- Position the block: Place the wooden block with the highest side facing forward for the best stability.
- Clamp your image in: Place your photo, illustration, or artwork between the glass panel and the aluminum back plate.
- Put everything together: Place this 'package' in the slot of the wooden block and slide the wooden wedge with the straight side against the aluminum back plate.
- Attach the wedge: Carefully slide the wedge down until it is firmly clamped and the whole thing can stand on its own.
