Delivery times
Most Accessories in our webshop are available from stock. An indication of the delivery times of our products is stated under the order button of each product. We strive to ship items that are available from stock within 1 to 2 working days.
A specific delivery time is mentioned for some products, because, for example, we have the parts in stock, but we assemble the item to order.
For customized orders, we will always contact you about the delivery time.
Please note: If your order confirmation says 'backordered', this means that the product will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
Our shipping partners
We prefer to ship our packages via GLS because we have the best experience with it. Do you really want to use another shipping company? Please contact us before you place your order or indicate it in the comments field in the ordering process. We always try to send parcels within Eindhoven via bicycle couriers.
Order confirmation + track & trace
After payment you will receive a confirmation of your order by email and after shipment you will receive a track & trace code by email via Sendcloud, GLS or Fietskoeriers. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder!
Shipping costs within NL
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands from €75 euro, on all Accessories & Lighting. Because we often deliver Furniture personally, the shipping costs for Furniture are calculated per order. In that case, please contact us before or after ordering. As an indication: we charge €0,50 per km from Eindhoven and we always try to combine several deliveries.
Shipping costs within EU
We offer free shipping of Accessories & Lighting to Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg & Denmark from €150. Shipping costs for Furniture are calculated per order. In that case, please contact us before or after ordering.
For all other countries within the EU, the shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout.
Shipping costs outside the EU
We usually ship orders from countries outside the EU via FedEx. The shipping costs for these deliveries are calculated and invoiced separately. There are no 'standard' shipping rates available for these countries. For an indication, please contact us before or after ordering.
Pick up order at Vij5
It is also possible to pick up your order at our shop at Hallenweg 1E in Eindhoven. Of course we will not charge you for shipping costs. Check this option in the ordering process, and we will contact you as soon as your order is ready for you.
