The LookShelf is the brainchild of the Eindhoven-based design studio Daphna Laurens, founded by Daphna Isaacs and Laurens Manders. In their Design, they strive to combine applied and visual arts, with the aim of transforming everyday products into objects with a unique identity.
The simple concept behind the LookShelf bookcase was born out of their love for beautiful books. Where in traditional bookcases usually only the spines of the books are visible, this Shelf offers the possibility to also exhibit the inside of the book or the cover.
