Caroline Olsson
& Ida Noemi
Caroline Olsson and Ida Noemi both have their Masters in design and work from their own studio in Oslo, Norway. For the product 'Epaulette' Ida and Caroline were invited to participate in a Norwegian exhibition 'Tingenes Tilstand' and decided to work together on a project.
Ida Noemi is a versatile designer. She works with product, interaction and service design. She obtained her master's degree in Industrial Design from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design and combined this with a year at the Strate College Designers in Paris. She works in her own studio as a freelance designer of furniture, lighting and interior objects. Her products have been presented all over the world at renowned furniture fairs and Ida works with several international producers.
Caroline Olsson started her studio in 2013, during her final year of the Master Product Design in Oslo and Akershus University College. Her products were presented worldwide and Caroline was even nominated as 'Young Designer of 2011' by Elle Decoration Norway. Her goal is to design products that last and interact with the user through function, design, choice of materials and the associations the product evokes.
